Payment Terms
To confirm your booking, we require:
- Advance Payment:
- 20-25% of the total fare (non-refundable) to reserve your vehicle.
- Remaining payment can be made in two parts:
- 25% at trip commencement (before pickup)
- Final Balance Amount upon trip completion.
Note: Full payment must be cleared before the end of your trip.
Cancellation Policy
We prioritize your convenience while ensuring fair compensation for our drivers and fleet maintenance:
Cancellation Charges:
- First 24 Hours After Booking:
- Free cancellation (full advance amount refunded).
- After 24 Hours:
- Advance payment (20-25%) retained (covers booking costs).
Rescheduling:
- No fees for date changes (subject to vehicle availability).
- Request rescheduling at least 12 hours before departure.
